Job Description: Varun Beverages, the second-largest PepsiCo franchisee globally, is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition & HR Operation to join their team. This role is crucial in strengthening the workforce and managing key HR operations.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Oversee the talent acquisition process, including annual manpower planning, shortlisting candidates, and conducting preliminary interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit procedures, including resignations, terminations, retirements, and contract end transitions.
- Handle employee life cycle movements like confirmations, probation extensions, fixed-term contract evaluations, transfers, re-designations, and promotions.
- Address terminal benefits such as EPF/ETF payments and gratuity payments for non-executive staff.
- Prepare monthly and periodic management reports while maintaining confidentiality.
Personal Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized university/institute.
- 3-4 years of experience at the Senior Executive/Assistant Manager level in FMCG, manufacturing, or the corporate sector.
- Age below 35 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
